How to I order?

What is the minimum order quantity?
10 pcs for Stocks on Hand and 100 pcs for Pre-order Favors
Can I still cancel or change my order?
Confirmed pre-order or personalised favors cannot be cancelled or changed. Downpayment for cancelled pre-order or personalsed favors will not be refunded.
Non-personalised items can be changed as long the alternative design is available and the item has not been shipped yet.
Do you accept rush orders for Pre-Order Favors?
We do not accept rush order for Pre-Order Favors.
Can I visit your store to view actual samples or to place my order?
We do not have an actual physical shop for sample viewing. Our office in Mandaluyong is strictly for pick-up appointments only.
Can I reserve the souvenir items?
We only reserve confirmed orders for 3 to 5 days only. Failure to settle your account within the allotted timeframe grant us the right to resell the stocks to other clients without prior notice.
Can I purchase a sample?
Yes, You can purchase a sample as long as stocks are available. Contact us for the sample availability and pricing.
Can I pick up my sample?
No. Sample purchases are for shipping only.
Shipping
When will I receive my order?
Stocks on Hand and Pre-order Favors will be shipped withiin 2-3 business days after we receive the full payment. Package will be delivered to your doorstep, if no delay, after 1-2 business days for Metro Manila addresses and 3-4 business days for Provincial addresses.
Can I choose my own courier for my order?
No. Our official courier for Metro Manila shipping is Lalamove/Transportify and LBC for provincial deliveries.
Can you ship my order through a Bus Liner?
No. We do not bring ordersto any bus terminals.
Where do I track my order?
For Metro Manila deliveries, you can message Fastrack Courier through their Facebook page for the status of your package. For provincial deliveries, you can check the status of your package through LBC's website.
Is shipping free?
Shipping is shouldered by the buyer. Shipping cost will depend on the shipping address and quantity.
Do you ship internationally?
No. We only ship within the Philippines only.
Who follows up with the courier?
Royal Wedding Favors will assist the buyer when following up with the courier. Note that any delays on the part of the courier will not be the responsibility of Royal Wedding Favors.
What time will my order arrives?
No. Shipping is handled an external courier. We do not have control over their schedule.

Payment
When do I pay for my order?
Confirmed orders need to be settled in 3 working days. Failure to settle your account within the allotted timeframe grant us the right to resell the stocks to other clients without prior notice.
Do you accept payment via cash remittance?
Yes. We accept payment through via LBC, Palawan Express or 7-11.
Can I partially pay for my order and and the remaining balance after I receive my order?
No. Items must be fully paid before we ship your order.
Do you have cash on delivery?
No. Items must be fully paid before we ship your order. We are not affiliated with the courier company.
Returns and Exchanges
Can I return my order?
Royal Wedding Favors observes a No Return Policy. Please read the item description or contact us if you are specific with the item details.
What if my order got damaged during shipping?
We ensure that all items are shipped in good condition. Damages on goods while in transit are no longer the responsibility of Royal Wedding Favors. The buyer have the option to pay for a shipping insurance.
Personalisation
Can you change or personalise the packaging, ribbon or tag?
All packaging are sold as seen in the picture. Add-on request for customised gift box, tag and ribbon is not accepted at the moment.
Can you engrave our names in the souvenirs?
Engraving of couple's name and date is accepted in selected metal items with additional fee and meets the minimum order requirement.
What are the payment terms if there is a personalisation request?
We require 30% downpayment before we start any personalisation request. Balance will be paid upon pick-up or before we ship your order.
What is the leadtime for any personalisation request?
Lead time for personalisation request is 2-3 weeks after we confirm your downpayment. We do not accept rush job orders.
